vCards are contact details of each delegate. So, if a delegate wants to know more about another delegate, he would send a vCard request. When another delegate accepts the vCard requests, the requestee will be able to see the contact details of the other delegate.


Meetings are requests sent by one delegate to another delegate to setup a meeting with him/her. Once a meeting request is sent, the another delegate, if interested, would contact the delegate who requested the meeting.
